After careful calculation and repeated experiments, Hanci successfully produced high stress tempered glass. Using only a fan for quenching, the surface compressive stress reaches 200 MPa for 6 mm and 165 MPa for 5 mm. A 6mm sample has been shown to have a fire resistance of 1.5 hours.

The measured power consumption of 6mm fire on glass is 4.6 kwh/m2, which is only a small part of the average level of similar products. It is a demonstration of Hanchi's tempered energy-saving technology.
